Copper eases while reports point to rising exchange stocks

Reports differ on copper: some cite rising exchange stocks and demand worries, one cites a strike at a mine.
Copper eased while reports point to rising stocks at the London Metal Exchange (LME, a metals exchange), one report says. Another report cites worries about demand.
In delayed data (not live), the front-month copper price (the price for the nearest delivery month) was $6.527 per pound, 0.29% higher than the previous close, the price when trading ended the day before.
The reports differ. One says a strike began at the Highland Valley Copper mine in British Columbia. Another says copper eased as exchange stocks rose.
The reports do not say what happens next.
