It owns and manages a portfolio of commercial properties, including office buildings, shopping centres, industrial parks and mixed-use developments. Its tenants include businesses, retailers and government bodies, and it also holds property investments in other countries through its international operations. The company earns rental income from letting space in its buildings and develops and manages property assets for long-term investment.
