Erste Group Bank is an Austrian banking group based in Vienna that provides retail and corporate banking services across Central and Eastern Europe. Through a network of local savings banks and subsidiaries, it offers current and savings accounts, mortgages, consumer and business loans, credit cards, insurance and investment products. Its customers include private individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, and larger corporate clients in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia and neighbouring markets.
