About SM Prime Holdings Inc

SM Prime Holdings is a Philippine property company that develops and operates shopping malls across the country, along with residential communities, office buildings, hotels and convention centres. Its malls anchor much of its business, drawing shoppers and retail tenants in cities and provincial centres, while its residential arm builds homes for Filipino families. The company is based in the Philippines and is part of the SM Group, a family-founded conglomerate with roots in retail.
