DMCI Holdings Inc is a Philippine conglomerate based in Makati that operates through several businesses. Its construction arm builds infrastructure and buildings for public and private clients, while its property unit develops residential communities for Filipino households. The group also has interests in power generation, coal mining, and water distribution through affiliated companies serving customers across the Philippines. Its businesses are run through separate subsidiaries that focus on engineering, housing, energy and utilities.
