Transurban Group develops, owns and operates toll roads, mainly motorways and urban expressways, under long-term concession agreements with governments. Its customers are the drivers and freight operators who pay tolls to use these roads, and the company also handles the design, construction, maintenance and operation of the road infrastructure. Transurban is based in Melbourne, Australia, and its road network spans several Australian cities as well as parts of North America.
