About Fortescue Ltd

Fortescue Ltd is an Australian resources company based in Perth that mines and ships iron ore from the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Its main customers are steelmakers in China and other Asian markets, who use the ore as a raw material. The company also develops related infrastructure, including rail and port facilities, to move ore from its mines to export ships, and it has begun work on green energy and hydrogen projects.

The shares are listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in Australia under the code FMG, and the price on this page is in Australian dollars (AUD).
