Executive summary
On-site power is the focus of Bloom Energy, which builds solid oxide fuel cell systems, called Energy Servers, that generate electricity from natural gas, biogas or hydrogen. The systems give customers power that is independent of the grid or supports it. Customers include data centre operators, large corporations, hospitals, retailers, manufacturers and utilities. The company designs and manufactures the equipment, installs it and provides ongoing maintenance and service.
Revenue comes from Energy Server shipments, installation work, service contracts and some long-term power agreements. Revenue was $2.4 billion over the last twelve months and has grown at 19.1% a year across the last three years. The operating margin is 6.7%, the business earns 11% on the capital invested in it, and net debt is 1.5 times EBITDA. No dividend is paid.
StocksXray gives Bloom Energy Corp an X-Ray Score of 32 out of 100 (medium confidence), ahead of 9% of the S&P 500 stocks in its sector. Its strongest lens is growth (76) and its weakest is valuation (3).
Our fair value (the average of the valid models) is $135.58 (range $116.00 to $159.93). At $193.30 the stock trades 43% above that value, so the label is "Overvalued" with medium model uncertainty. Fair value is a range, not a price target.

Every number comes from SEC filings, end-of-day prices and the StocksXray models described on the methodology page. The X-Ray Score ranks each metric against the company's own sector. Fair value is the average of up to 15 valuation models, most of them anchored to the company's own multiples, so it stays near the price and should be read as a range, not a point. Analyst ratings, price targets and earnings-call summaries are not part of this report. Educational research, not financial advice; read the disclaimer.
