Raspadskaya is a Russian coal mining company based in the Kemerovo region of Siberia. It operates underground and open-pit mines that produce coking coal, a grade of coal used in steelmaking, along with some steam coal. Its customers are mainly steel producers and metallurgical plants in Russia and abroad, who use the coal in their industrial processes. The company also runs coal preparation and washing facilities to process the raw coal before it is shipped to buyers.
