Newag S.A. is a Polish manufacturer of rail vehicles based in Nowy Sącz. The company builds electric multiple units, locomotives and trams, and it also modernises and maintains rolling stock for rail operators. Its customers are mainly passenger and freight rail carriers and public transport authorities in Poland and other European markets. Newag designs and assembles its vehicles in its own plants and supplies spare parts and repair services alongside new vehicle production.
