First Habib Modaraba is a perpetual, multi-purpose modaraba based in Karachi and managed by Habib Metropolitan Modaraba Management Company (Private) Limited. A modaraba is a form of Islamic business venture in which one party provides the capital and another manages the enterprise. The company carries on leasing, Musharaka, Murabaha financing and other related business, giving customers access to finance structured around these arrangements.
