Apollo Food Holdings is a Malaysian confectionery maker based in Johor. It produces snack cakes and wafer products under its Apollo brand, including layered cakes and filled wafers. The company makes these goods for everyday consumers and sells them through retail shops and distributors in Malaysia, and it also exports its products to overseas markets. Its business centres on manufacturing and marketing packaged sweet snacks rather than on running restaurants or retail outlets of its own.
