Sime Darby Property is a Malaysian property developer based in Selangor. It builds and sells residential homes, commercial buildings and industrial properties, and develops large townships that combine housing with shops, schools and other amenities. Its customers include individual homebuyers, businesses and industrial tenants, mainly in Malaysia. The company also manages and develops land banks and provides property-related services connected to its developments.
