The company produces condoms for its own brands and for other companies that put their labels on them, and it also makes lubricants, personal care items and medical devices. Its customers include consumer health brands, retailers, health organisations and distributors, and its products are made in Malaysia and shipped to markets around the world. Karex is based in Malaysia and operates as a contract manufacturer and brand owner in the sexual health sector.
