Petronas Chemicals Group is a Malaysian chemicals producer and the petrochemical arm of the national oil company Petronas. It makes olefins, polyolefins, methanol, fertilisers and other basic and specialty chemicals at plants in Malaysia and elsewhere, serving industrial customers such as plastics makers, manufacturers and agricultural suppliers across Asia and other regions. The company is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur and operates as part of the wider Petronas group, supplying chemical building blocks used in packaging, consumer goods, agriculture and manufacturing.
