Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta is a Mexican industrial real estate company based in Mexico City. It develops, owns and leases industrial buildings, including warehouses, distribution centres and manufacturing facilities, gathered in industrial parks in several regions of Mexico. Its tenants are mainly logistics operators, manufacturers and other businesses that need space for storage, production and distribution. Vesta manages these properties and collects rent from the companies that occupy them.
