Altria Group is an American tobacco company based in Richmond, Virginia. It makes and sells cigarettes, including the Marlboro brand, through its tobacco subsidiaries, and also offers smokeless tobacco products and oral nicotine pouches. Its customers are adult tobacco consumers, mainly in the United States, and its products reach them through wholesale distributors and retail outlets such as convenience stores. The company also holds investments in beverage and nicotine businesses.
