Archer-Daniels-Midland Company is an agricultural processor and food ingredient business based in Chicago, Illinois. It buys and handles grains and oilseeds, then processes them into ingredients used by food and beverage makers, animal feed producers and industrial customers. Its operations include oilseed crushing, corn and wheat milling, cocoa processing, grain storage and transportation, and the production of sweeteners, starches, vegetable oils and renewable fuels. It serves farmers, food companies and industrial buyers around the world.
