Town Centre Securities is a property investment and development company based in Leeds, England. It owns and manages commercial property, with a portfolio that includes retail, office and leisure space, and it runs a car park business. Its properties are concentrated in Leeds and other towns in the north of England, where it lets space to retail and business tenants and develops sites for its own account.
The shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange in UK under the code TOWN, and the price on this page is in pence sterling (GBX).
