Shell plc is an integrated energy company based in London. It explores for and produces oil and natural gas, operates refineries and chemical plants, and trades energy commodities. The company sells fuels, lubricants and other products to motorists through service stations and to businesses and industries, and it also supplies natural gas and electricity to customers. Its operations span many countries, with activities covering upstream production, downstream manufacturing and marketing, and low-carbon energy projects.
