Great Portland Estates is a property company based in London that owns, manages and develops commercial real estate in the central parts of the city. Its portfolio is made up mostly of office buildings and some retail and mixed-use space, let to businesses that need premises in prime central London locations. The company also carries out development projects, refurbishing and rebuilding properties to create modern workspace and shops for its tenants.
The shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange in UK under the code GPE, and the price on this page is in pence sterling (GBX).
