Through its Gleeson Homes division it builds new homes aimed at first-time buyers and lower-income households, mainly in the north of England and the Midlands. Its strategic land division buys land, works to secure planning permission for residential use, and then sells that land on to other housebuilders. The company serves homebuyers and the wider housing market in England.
