It sells seats directly to travellers, mainly through its own website and mobile app, and earns extra revenue from charges for checked bags, seat selection and other optional extras. Its customers are leisure and business travellers looking for inexpensive point-to-point flights, and it operates a single-family fleet of aircraft.
