It runs stores and online shops selling household appliances, televisions, computers, mobile phones and related accessories, along with services such as repairs, installation and technical support. Its customers are ordinary consumers and small businesses, and it trades mainly in the United Kingdom and Ireland, with some operations elsewhere in Europe.
