British Land Company is a property company based in the United Kingdom that owns, manages and develops commercial real estate. Its portfolio centres on offices in London, including large campus-style developments, together with retail and leisure properties such as shopping centres and retail parks around the country. The company leases space to businesses and retailers and works on development projects that add new buildings to its estate. Its customers are mainly corporate occupiers and retail tenants.
