It explores for and produces natural gas and natural gas liquids, with its main operations in the Appalachian region of the United States, particularly the Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania. The company sells its production to pipelines, utilities and other buyers of natural gas. Its business centres on developing shale gas resources and delivering them to regional and national energy markets.
