Knorr-Bremse AG is a German manufacturer of braking systems and other safety-critical equipment for rail and commercial vehicles. For trains, it supplies brake systems, doors, air conditioning and control components used by rail operators and rolling stock builders. For trucks, buses and trailers, it makes braking systems, driver assistance technology and related components for vehicle manufacturers. The company is based in Munich, Germany, and serves transport and vehicle markets around the world.
