About Fannie Mae

Fannie Mae, formally the Federal National Mortgage Association, is a government-sponsored enterprise based in the United States that works in the secondary mortgage market. It purchases home loans from banks and other lenders, pools them, and issues mortgage-backed securities that investors can own, which helps keep money flowing to housing finance. Its customers are lenders and investors rather than individual borrowers, and it also offers programs aimed at making homeownership and rental housing more affordable.

The shares are listed on the London Exchange in UK under the code 0IL0, and the price on this page is in US dollars (USD). Our records, which start in 2019, show no dividend payments for it. The Market X-Ray on this page is price-based and compares it with other stocks on the same exchange; it does not measure how healthy the business is.

Signals describe what the chart is doing, not what to do. Moving averages: price above the average is bullish. Oscillators use the usual thresholds (RSI 30/70, Stochastic 20/80, CCI ±100, Williams %R −80/−20; MACD and momentum above zero are bullish). Weekly and monthly views use closing prices only.
