LyondellBasell Industries is a chemical company that makes plastics and petrochemicals. It produces polypropylene and polyethylene resins used in packaging, automotive parts, pipes and consumer goods, and it licenses its polyolefin technologies to other manufacturers. The company also operates refining and fuel operations and supplies chemical intermediates and oxyfuels. It is incorporated in the Netherlands and runs manufacturing sites across Europe, North America and Asia, serving industrial customers and converters worldwide.
