Cigna is a health services company based in the United States. It provides medical, dental, behavioural health, disability and life insurance cover, mainly to employers who offer these benefits to their staff, as well as to individuals and government programmes. Through its pharmacy benefits business it also manages prescription drug plans for clients. Cigna operates across the United States and in selected international markets, serving customers through employer-sponsored plans and related health services.
