Airbus Group is an aerospace and defence company that builds commercial jet airliners, helicopters and space and defence systems. Its airliners serve airlines around the world on short, medium and long routes, while its helicopter and defence divisions supply military and government customers with rotorcraft, transport aircraft and satellite equipment. The group is headquartered in the Netherlands and carries out design, manufacturing and assembly work across several European countries, with customers spanning the global aviation and defence markets.
