Starbucks Corporation runs a chain of coffeehouses where customers buy espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, tea, juices and food such as pastries and sandwiches. Its stores also offer packaged coffee, teaware and other merchandise, and the company supplies its products to grocery and foodservice channels. The business serves everyday consumers in cities and neighbourhoods around the world, and it is based in Seattle in the United States.
