Eni is an Italian energy company based in Rome. It explores for and produces oil and natural gas, refines crude oil, and sells fuels and lubricants through service stations and to industrial customers. The company also runs a chemicals business and develops renewable energy projects such as solar and wind. Its operations span many countries, with a strong presence in Africa and the Mediterranean, and it supplies households, businesses and transport users with energy products.
