It provides the universal postal service in its home country, handling letters and parcels for households and businesses, and it operates international express delivery, freight forwarding and supply chain services under the DHL name. Its customers include private individuals, small firms and large multinational companies that rely on it to move documents, packages and freight across borders. The group combines a domestic mail network with a global logistics operation.
