Enel Generación Chile is an electricity generating company based in Chile and part of the Enel group. It produces power from a mix of hydroelectric, thermal and other generating plants located around the country. The company sells electricity into the Chilean wholesale power market and supplies distributors and large industrial and commercial customers. Its business centres on operating and maintaining generation assets and managing the sale of the electricity those plants produce.
