The North West Company is a retailer that serves people in remote northern communities and other hard-to-reach places. Through its stores, it provides groceries, household goods, clothing and pharmacy items to customers in small towns and villages across northern Canada and Alaska, and it also supplies goods to communities in the Caribbean and Pacific. The company is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and runs its own distribution and logistics operations to reach these locations.
