Through its residential division it manages condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations, handling day-to-day operations, maintenance and administrative support for boards and residents. Its brands division provides property improvement and restoration services, including painting, flooring, fire and water damage restoration, and home inspection, delivered through a network of company-owned operations and franchised locations serving homeowners and commercial clients across North America.
