Enghouse Systems Ltd is a Canadian software company based in Markham, Ontario. It develops and acquires software for contact centres, telecommunications service providers, and organisations managing transportation and public safety operations. Its products include customer interaction and workforce management tools for call centres, network and billing software for telecom operators, and dispatch and scheduling systems used by transit agencies and emergency services. Customers are mainly businesses, government bodies and service providers that rely on these specialised applications to run their daily operations.
