About Emera Inc.

Emera Inc. is an energy company based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. It owns regulated electric and gas utilities that generate, transmit and distribute power to homes and businesses, chiefly through Nova Scotia Power in its home province, along with utility operations in the United States and the Caribbean. The company also holds interests in other energy businesses, including electricity transmission and renewable generation projects, serving residential, commercial and industrial customers across its service territories.
