Canadian Pacific Railway is a freight railway company based in Calgary, Alberta, that moves goods by rail across Canada and into the United States. Its trains carry bulk commodities such as grain, coal and potash, along with intermodal containers, automotive shipments and other freight for industrial and agricultural customers. The company runs a network linking ports, farms, mines and factories, and it also holds a stake in a railway partnership serving Mexico.
