Construtora Tenda is a Brazilian homebuilder that develops and sells affordable residential housing, mainly apartments and houses aimed at lower-income families. The company builds housing developments in cities across Brazil and markets its homes to first-time buyers and working households, often through government-supported housing programmes. It is based in São Paulo and handles land acquisition, construction and the sale of its units.
