Regency Centers Corporation is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates shopping centers anchored by grocery stores, mainly in the United States. Its properties bring together supermarkets with everyday-service tenants such as restaurants, banks, health and personal care providers and other local retailers. The company develops, acquires and manages these neighborhood centers, working with retail tenants and the communities they serve. Regency Centers is based in Jacksonville, Florida.
