It runs an online retail platform where customers buy electronics, household goods, apparel and groceries, and it also lets third-party merchants trade through its marketplace. The company operates its own logistics and delivery network to fulfil orders, and it offers related services such as advertising and fulfilment support to merchants. Its customers are mainly consumers in China, along with brands and retailers that use its platform and supply chain.
