About Direcional Engenharia S.A.

Direcional Engenharia is a Brazilian homebuilder based in Belo Horizonte that develops and constructs residential projects, concentrating on affordable housing for lower-income families. Much of its work is carried out under government-subsidised housing programmes, and it also builds apartments for middle-income buyers. The company handles land acquisition, development and construction, and it sells units directly to individual homebuyers, serving customers across several regions of Brazil through its own sales teams.
