Centrais Elétricas de Santa Catarina, known as Celesc, is a Brazilian electric utility based in the state of Santa Catarina. It distributes electricity to homes, businesses, industry and rural customers across the state, and it also generates power through hydroelectric and other plants. The company operates the regional power network and provides related services to its customers, with the state government as its controlling shareholder.
