Hecla Mining is a precious metals producer based in the United States. The company mines silver and gold, and also produces lead and zinc as by-products from its operations. Its mines are located in the United States, including in Idaho and Alaska, and it also has operations in Canada and Mexico. Hecla supplies metals to industrial and precious metals markets, and its silver is used in applications such as electronics and investment products.
