It serves individual customers and businesses with services such as savings and deposit accounts, personal and corporate lending, credit cards, wealth management and trade finance. The bank operates through a branch network across Taiwan and also maintains overseas offices that support its customers' cross-border banking needs. It is part of the Far Eastern Group, a diversified Taiwanese business group with interests in retail, textiles and telecommunications.
