Platzer Fastigheter Holding AB is a Swedish property company based in Gothenburg. It owns, manages and develops commercial premises, chiefly office, industrial and logistics properties, concentrated in the Gothenburg region. Its customers are businesses and other organisations that lease space from it, and the company also works on refurbishing and developing buildings to suit their needs. It generates income mainly through rents from these premises and through property development activity in its local market.
