Castellum is a Swedish property company based in Gothenburg that owns and manages commercial real estate. Its portfolio consists mainly of office premises, logistics and warehouse buildings, and other business premises, which it leases to companies and public-sector tenants. The company operates in Sweden and in other Nordic markets, where it develops and manages properties for tenants who need space for offices, storage and light industrial activity. Its business centres on long-term property ownership and rental income from those premises.
