Bonava is a residential property developer based in Sweden. It plans, builds and sells homes, mainly apartments and houses, to private buyers and to investors who rent out housing. The company works across several markets in northern Europe, including Sweden, Germany, Finland, Denmark and the Baltic countries, and it also develops land for housing. Its business covers the whole process from acquiring land and designing neighbourhoods to constructing and handing over finished homes to customers.
